The Board of Directors of the Authority approves the introduction of the electronic human resources system at the headquarters of the Authority in the new administrative capital and provincial branches according to fully mechanized models using the HITS application starting next June.
The Board of Directors of the Authority agrees to commission the Executive Directorate to study the increase in merit incentives and universal insurance in the light of the political leadership orientations to improve the physical conditions of medical personnel.
The board of directors approves the establishment of the appropriate unit and the evaluation of the drug. The President of the Governing Council directs that it be placed in an ongoing framework with the Commission Pharmaceutical Vigilance Unit to ensure that it works together to achieve the desired objectives in order to ensure the appropriate, safe and effective use of medicines.
The Board of Directors of the Authority agrees in principle to conclude a cooperation protocol with the Apollo Indian Group to send 500 doctors annually to train in the State of India in the fields of organ transplantation as the first result of the visit of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority to the State of India and in order to give effect to the joint communiqué signed between the two countries to improve strategic relations and cooperation in various fields, the most important of which is "health care."
He congratulated the Board of Directors of Egypt Healthcare Authority, chaired by Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, Assistant Minister of Health and Population, General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance Scheme, His Excellency President Abd-elfattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Professor Mustafa Madboli, Prime Minister, and Professor Khaled Abd-elgafar, Minister of Health and Population, on the occasion of the "41st anniversary" celebrations of the liberation of Sinai and Labor Day.
The Board also congratulates all the staff of the Authority, its branches and various health facilities in the governorates of Universal health insurance, and the workers of Egypt in various sectors, who provide shining models of work, affirming that they are the pride of the homeland and an essential foundation for achieving Universal development in the new Republic, and calling our god to restore these events to our beloved Egypt for continued reconciliation, security and stability, and to Egypt workers for prosperity and prosperity.
This was done during the meeting of the Board of Directors of Egypt Healthcare Authority on a monthly basis (No. 60), chaired by Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, to discuss important issues relating to proposals for the development of work and policies and the formulation of future plans; to ensure the continuity of control and regulation of the provision of health care services to the beneficiaries of the Universal Health Insurance with universal professionalism and quality.
The meeting reviewed an update on the operational position of the electronic human resources management system using the HITS application, which deals with the management of all human resources functions in full electronic format. The main components include, inter alia, "staff data, entitlements, change of status, parts, leave, training, appointments, evaluation, time management and documentation," as well as the facilitation of group procedures and the issuance of reports as needed, and their integration with other electronic platforms, such as the electronic training platform "LMS."
The Board of Directors of UN-Women approved the introduction of the electronic human resources system at the headquarters of UN-Women in the new administrative capital, as well as the branches in the governorates, according to fully mechanized models using the HITS application, starting next June.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Commission, noted the importance of e-management of human resources using the HITS application, noting that it contributes to work discipline, fairness in evaluation, optimum employment of human forces and performance monitoring at all functional levels, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of work outputs, and emphasizing that it is a key factor for developing the functioning of the Commission in line with Egypt digital strategy.
During the meeting, the Board of Directors agreed to commission the Executive Directorate to study the increase in merit incentives and universal insurance in the light of the political leadership orientations to improve the physical conditions of medical staff.
The meeting reviewed the latest operational steps for the establishment of the Commission appropriate drug evaluation unit, the objectives of the Unit work, the composition and functions of the committees, scientific evidence, the activation of the clinical pharmacy, good practice in the disbursement of medicines, the mechanism for the education and follow-up of patients, and scientific and operational cooperation with the nursing service. The Council approved the establishment of the unit.
Dr. Ahmad El-Sobky, in coordination with the Authority Pharmacological Vigilance Unit, directed the work of the Appropriateness and Assessment Unit to ensure that the desired objectives are met to improve the quality of health care, the appropriate, safe and effective use of medicines through a systematic, continuous and evolving standard-based monitoring and evaluation program, the assessment of the safety of medicines and the evaluation of their efficacy.
The Board of Directors of the Authority agreed, in principle, to conclude a cooperation protocol between the Authority and the Apollo Indian Group to send 500 doctors annually to train the State of India in the fields of organ transplantation at the specialized medical center for organ transplantation at Apollo Delhi Hospital, as the world largest transplant hospital, as the first result of the visit of Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, to the State of India, to participate in the Sixth International Conference on Health Care Development (AHCI) 2023, last month in April, and to give effect to the joint statement signed between Egypt and India to enhance strategic relations and cooperation between the two countries in various areas, most notably "health care."
It should be noted that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Health Care Authority No. 60 brought together Dr. Hani Rashid, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors of the Board of Directors, Dr. Ehab Abu Aish, Vice-Minister of Finance and Vice-Chairman of the General Authority for Universal Health Insurance, Dr. Ehab Tahmet, General Captain of Dental Medicine, Dr. Samy Saad, General Captain of Physical Treatment, Dr. Kowthar Mahmud, General Nurse and Senator, Dr. Farid Mahram, Expert on Health Cost Accounting, Economic Adviser to Egypt Healthcare Authority, and Counsellor Mohamed Farouk Musa, Vice-President of the Council of State, who participated through the Zoom technique. Dr. Wael Abd-elaal, a member of civil society from the experts of the Department of Health Care, and Dr. Fatten Abdel Aziz, a professor of the Egyptian Medicine Board and member of the Committee for the Management of the General Pharmacist Union.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Amir El-Telwany, Executive Director of Egypt Healthcare Authority, Counsellor Ali Mahram, Legal Adviser to the Chairman of the Authority, Dr. Tariq Al-Hazfi, Adviser to the Chairman of the Authority for Institutional Development, Dr. Sharif Kamal, Adviser to the Chairman of the Authority for Pharmaceutical Affairs and Drug Management, Dr. Fathi Shams Elden, Information Adviser to the Chairman of the Authority and the Director-General of the Department of Public Information, and Dr. Ahmed Hamad, Director-General of the General Department of the Technical Office of the Chairman of the Authority.
