The Board of Directors of Egypt Healthcare Authority congratulates Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky for a master degree in the Department of Health and Clinical Services of the American University of Harvard.

Chairman of Egypt Healthcare Authority: President Abd-Elfattah El-Sisi has adopted an ambitious program for the rehabilitation of young Egyptian health leaders at Harvard University two years ago, and today we are reaping its benefits.

Chairman of Egypt Healthcare Authority: We have no way but to arm our cadres with science, knowledge and training in the highest international institutions to reduce the time needed to achieve the desired development.

He congratulated the Board of Directors of Egypt Healthcare Authority, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Authority, Assistant Minister of Health and Population, General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance Project, for a master's degree in the Department of Health and Clinical Services, "Master of Clinical Service Operation," from the Harvard University School of Medicine, one of the oldest of the world's universities.

The Board also congratulated Dr. Amir El-Telwany, Executive Director of the Authority, and a number of senior leaders of the Authority, who had been awarded a master degree by Harvard University in a number of health disciplines, including the Department of Health and Clinical Services, Quality and Patient Safety, Health Service Delivery and International Perspective, Clinical Medical Research.

For his part, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky expressed his gratitude for the support of the political leadership to provide opportunities for the rehabilitation of young leaders in the new Republic, noting that under the reign of His Excellency President Abd-Elfattah El-Sisi, the interest in investing in human beings and developing leadership skills and innovation was on a path parallel to the overall renaissance of the Egyptian State: scientific and academic qualification helped to make decisions and keep pace with global development.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky emphasized that the continuing scientific qualification of all the leaders of Egypt Healthcare Authority is a doctrine firmly established in its Constitution and always led by international excellence and knowledge, noting that its master mission is based on the establishment of value-based healthcare systems, as one of the success factors for achieving the goals of the Universal Health Insurance System, in reducing personal spending on health, improving the quality of medical services, improving the health of citizens and promoting sustainability.

He continued: We have no choice but to arm our cadres with science, knowledge and training at the highest international institutions in order to shorten the time required for development. He noted that President Abd-Elfattah El-Sisi had adopted an ambitious program for the rehabilitation of young Egyptian health leaders at Harvard University two years earlier, and today we are reaping its benefits.

He drew attention to the vision of political leadership in ensuring investment in the able-bodied human component and successful management of the nation vast infrastructure in all sectors, thus contributing to the achievement of the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.
