Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority We were honored to check with His Excellency the President, the historic leader of health reform in Egypt, of the Authority wing at the medical exhibition of the conference. We affirm our commitment to the promise and the Covenant and to doing our utmost to provide universal health coverage to all Egyptians of global quality.

Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority the Conference is an opportunity for the delegations of the world to see the achievements of Egypt and the giant projects launched by President El-Sessi. The most important of these are the National Project for the Development of the Egyptian Family, the Decent Life Initiative, the Presidential Health Initiatives and the Universal Health Insurance Project.

President of the Egypt Healthcare Authority the Conference is a global interactive platform for sharing experiences and developing a road map and innovative visions for population advancement, health promotion and sustainable development goals. It emphasizes: concern for population issues has become a priority in the reform, construction and development processes.

The President of the Health Care Authority stresses the importance of concerted efforts by all and the mobilization of the international community towards common regional and local issues to bring about real change and advance progress and development.

As part of the inspection of the Public Health Care Authority medical exhibition of the World Conference on Population, Health and Development by the President of the Republic, His Excellency Abdul Fattah El-Sessi

Dr. Khaled Abdelgfar, Minister of Health and Population, noted that everyone had joined forces in developing Egypt health-care system. During his tour of the medical exhibition, Mr. Abdel Fattah El-Sessi observed that the Public Health Care Authority, among the three bodies at the head of the Universal Health Insurance System, provided health services at health facilities at hospitals, centers and their units, the Health Accreditation and Control Authority supported the application of quality standards in health facilities. The Medicine Authority was established to register and monitor all pharmaceutical work. The Uniform Procurement Authority was the main supporter of all medical supplies, supplies and equipment for health-care services. A number of successful partners from ministries such as the Ministry of War Production and contribution to construction projects, the private sector and its contributions to the mechanization and digital transformation of services and software in the health sector supported the success of presidential health initiatives.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, President of the Public Authority for Health Care and General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance and Decent Life Projects of the Ministry of Health and Population, expressed his pride in inspecting H.E. Mr. Abdel Fattah Al-Sessi, President of the Republic, and the historic leader of health reform in Egypt, of the Public Health Care Authority of the medical exhibition of the World Conference on Population, Health and Development, following up on our commitment to the promise and the Covenant and making every effort to provide universal health coverage to all Egyptians of global quality by 2030.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky noted that the Conference reflected the political leadership interest in continuing support for population, health and development issues, which His Excellency the President had placed as his top priority as a key pillar for ensuring a decent life for the Egyptian citizen and renewing Egypt international commitments to the population issue, noting that Egypt was leading the world efforts towards a better future for all.

The Conference was a global interactive platform for the exchange of experiences and best practices in the areas of population, health and development and their relationship, noting that it was participating in the Conference on Population, Health and Development Issues at the global, regional and national levels, as well as in a number of ministers, heads of health agencies, ambassadors, decision makers and policy makers, international organizations, world organizations, Arab councils, heads of universities, professors, international experts and researchers, civil society organizations, international alliances, the private sector, business leaders and the media.

The Conference represented a new step to complement Egypt endeavors and to emphasize its recent efforts in those areas, its interest in adopting modern and global visions to build healthier and fairer societies, and the exploration of innovative approaches to population upgrading, health promotion and the empowerment of societies, as well as the promotion of different investment opportunities to reach healthy populations for sustainable development.

Dr. Ahmed El-sobky stressed that the population issue had become one of the priorities of Egypt reform, construction and development process. The increase in the population was first of all a reflection of the State first return on economic growth and development. He stressed the importance of considering the current population situation and its implications for the future, progress and development. He pointed to the importance of investing in the development of human capital and taking advantage of that in the process of building and development and Egypt vision 2030.

The Conference was an ideal opportunity to review Egypt successes and efforts in the areas of population, health and development. The delegations of the world would like to see Egypt achievements and major projects launched by President El-Sessi, the most important of which was the national project for the development of the Egyptian family, the generous life initiative, the presidential health initiatives and the Universal health insurance project. They would also focus on launching the National Health Strategy, the updated National Population and Development Strategy 2030, the investment map for health. It would also be an opportunity to present pioneering experiences and global successes in those areas, highlighting future visions and innovative ways of facing any challenges.

The Conference dealt with a national issue and was expected to produce a series of important recommendations and decisions aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens, focusing on health and social welfare. It stressed the importance of bringing all parties together and mobilizing the international community on common regional and local issues in order to exchange ideas and visions in order to bring about real change and to end the programs of action adopted by all the participating forces to promote health and accelerate the pace of development.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky drew attention to the establishment of a special wing of the Health Care Authority within the medical exhibition of the World Conference on Health, Population and Development, which brings together many relevant bodies, bodies and institutions and success partners, to present the latest experiences, practices, techniques, developments and innovations in the areas of population, health and development, noting that the special wing of the Welfare Authority reviews Egypt  pioneering successes in universal health coverage and radical transformation in health care on the margins of the Conference.

It should be noted that the World Conference on Population, Health and Development was held under the auspices and honor of His Excellency Mr. Abdel Fattah El-Sessi, President of the Republic, under the slogan "A healthy population for sustainable development," from 5 to 8 September, in the new administrative capital.

The Conference agenda includes scientific programs, dialogues and meetings. The Conference contains 65 interactive sessions with 270 Egyptian and foreign speakers. The Egyptian Fellowship Program in the conference also participates in 14 workshops and 33 meetings with 125 people in 31 specialties. More than 8,000 people from Egypt and the world have been registered on the website to attend the Conference.
