It will become the first medical complex to launch a digital platform for Building Management Systems (BMS) and adhere to infection control procedures using smart technology such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), in cooperation with EMS, the global Siemens agent.

During the tour, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky inspected various departments at the Suez Medical Complex, including reception and emergency, outpatient clinics, inpatient departments, intensive care units, and others, to ensure the best services and health care are provided to patients. He also gathered feedback on the quality of services provided and their satisfaction levels, emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement to ensure the highest quality of health care.
