The activities of the second annual forum of the Health Care Authority kicked off today, headed by Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Authority’s Board of Directors, Assistant Minister of Health and Population and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project, under the slogan “Together we build the future of Egypt’s health.”
This comes in conjunction with the passage of two years since President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi launched the official operation of the new comprehensive health insurance system from Port Said Governorate, on November 26, 2019, the first governorate in the first phase of implementing the new system, “The Future of Egypt’s Health,” with its treatment for all Egyptians with the highest international quality standards. Achieving comprehensive health coverage for them in line with the goals of comprehensive sustainable development, Egypt Vision 2030.
