sciatica

Sciatica is a feeling of pain that spreads along the hip nerve. It often occurs as a result of pressure on the hip nerve due to osteoarthritis, swelling caused by ligament sprains, or nerve damage caused by diabetes, hematoma, or spinal tumor.

This pressure causes inflammation and pain and is often accompanied by numbness in the injured leg, complications of joint roughness, or injuries that can cause inflammation of the hip nerve.

Although pain associated with sciatica can disappear with treatment within weeks to months, in some cases it may become dangerous, and surgical intervention is required.
