Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky pointed out that the December 23 building at Al-Salam Hospital in Port Said aims to increase the number of medical and therapeutic services in the health care authority system within the scope of Port Said Governorate, with the highest quality, stressing that the building will be equipped according to the latest standards to ensure that the health services provided in the system are advanced in accordance with global health systems, and he pointed out To change the name of the building from the former Marine Wing of Al Salam Hospital to the current December 23 Building, in commemoration of the National Day of Port Said Governorate.

El-Sobky added that the December 23 building at Al-Salam Hospital in Port Said consists of seven floors, and will operate with a capacity of 101 beds, including 46 residence beds, and an intensive care unit containing 27 care beds, in addition to 9 hotel suites, a dialysis unit containing 32 machines, and 7 operating suites. , a heart catheterization unit, and an integrated burn treatment department equipped to the highest level to provide services and integrated health care for burn patients. El-Sobky also indicated that the services provided at the Women’s Health House Hospital affiliated with the Port Said Health Care Authority will be moved to the December 23 Building temporarily until the hospital is developed.
