During the meeting, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky reviewed the features of health reform in Egypt under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, explaining that the comprehensive health insurance system represents the largest health project in Egypt's modern history, as it achieves health justice and provides comprehensive coverage for all citizens with international quality, advanced medical infrastructure, modern digital systems, and qualitative initiatives in the fields of prevention, early detection, and integrated treatment. He stressed that the Egyptian state today has a modern health system that keeps pace with international standards and places the citizen at the heart of priorities.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ahmed El Sobky, who reviewed his personal experience that began when he was a young man until he became the youngest assistant minister in Egypt, then the youngest head of a government body, stressing that Egypt is a great country that plans with knowledge and believes in the capabilities of its youth, and that the political leadership headed by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has given young people the confidence and responsibility to be partners in shaping the future.

During his speech, the head of the Authority sent a set of inspiring messages to outstanding students, stressing that success is not a temporary goal but rather an integrated lifestyle based on building sound habits and daily commitment, pointing out that continuity in excellence is the most important, just as Mohamed Salah did, who would not have continued his global success except through discipline and full commitment in his daily life.
Dr. Ahmed Al-Sobki stressed that the taste of true success is only complete in Egypt and among the people of the country, pointing to the NILE initiative launched by the Authority to attract Egyptian medical expertise abroad, which showed that the ultimate achievement is when a person harnesses his knowledge and experience to serve his country.
The head of the Health Care Authority also stressed the importance of building new habits at the university level and thinking in a different way, stressing that success at university does not stop at studying alone but rather requires a balance between study, sports, culture, worship, and social life, considering that true excellence is what makes a happy and influential person.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky stressed the importance of being wary of the danger of rumors targeting outstanding young people as Egypt's hope, saying, "The enemies of the homeland are targeting you with rumors, so be confident in your homeland, but you are an extension of Thutmose III, Ahmed Zewail, and Naguib Mahfouz." You are the ones who will create the future." He also called on students to benefit from technological development and artificial intelligence in acquiring knowledge while achieving accuracy and reliable information.

The Chairman of the Authorityoconcluded the meeting by congratulating the students and their families, expressing his happiness and pride in them, and stressing that the Authority is their place and their home is always open to them to provide support and advice, saying, "You are a role model and a responsibility... Egypt awaits future ministers, ambassadors, scientists, and leaders."
At the end of his speech, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky paid tribute to Al-Gomhoria newspaper, stressing that it has a pioneering national role in creating awareness and strengthening national belonging, praising its continued organization of educational trips and purposeful meetings with high school seniors, which contributes to building superior generations aware of the nation's issues, and praising the efforts of the elite leaders and editorial staff of Al-Gomhoria newspaper, the organizer of this meeting.
