The Chief of the Board of the Egypt Healthcare Authority stated, according to the directives of the Prime Minister, that the implementation of the second phase of the Universal Health Insurance system will begin in the governorates of Damietta and Matrouh, followed by Minya, North Sinai, and Kafr El Sheikh. Infrastructure development will commence in the next fiscal year across all second-phase governorates simultaneously.
