In continuation of the successes of Abu Khalifa Hospital for Emergency and Specialized Surgery of the Health Care Authority, the Department of General and Oncology Surgery at the hospital succeeded in removing the thyroid gland and lymph nodes in the middle of the neck area, for a 36-year-old patient, under the umbrella of comprehensive health insurance.
