The Egypt Healthcare Authority has initiated the first scientific conference at its Ismailia branch under the supervision of Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, who is the Chairman of the Authority and also oversees the Universal Health Insurance and Life Dignified projects under the Ministry of Health and Population. The theme of this conference was "Cardio Metabolic", and it gathered experts in internal medicine and clinical pharmacists to explore the latest advancements in the treatment of diabetes, hypertension, and heart diseases.

Dr. El-Sobky described the conference as a platform for presenting the most recent scientific studies and researches. It also highlighted research that has won international accolades.
