Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance and Decent Life projects at the Ministry of Health and Population, met with Major General Pilot Akram Mohamed Galal, Governor of Ismailia, at the governorate's headquarters.

The meeting was part of Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky's ongoing field visits to the health facilities under the Authority in the governorates where the universal health insurance system is implemented, aiming to ensure smooth operations, verify the quality of services provided, and guarantee the best healthcare for citizens and those interacting with health facilities.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority, congratulated Major General Pilot Akram Mohamed Galal, Governor of Ismailia, on his new position, wishing him success in leading the governorate towards providing exceptional healthcare for the citizens. They discussed the results of the Governor's visit to the health facilities under the Egypt Healthcare Authority in the governorate and discussed ongoing and future health developments in Ismailia.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky continued his visit to Ismailia Governorate by inspecting the Ismailia Medical Complex and all its various departments, including reception, emergency, inpatient departments, hotel rooms, intensive care, nurseries, and doctors' housing, to ensure the quality of the medical services provided. He also sought citizen feedback on their experience and satisfaction with the health services provided at the complex.

Dr. El-Sobky continued his inspection tour at the Nafeesha and El-Shohada Family Medicine Centers. During this tour, he inspected the family medicine and various specialty clinics at the centers, as well as the laboratories and pharmacies. He sought patient feedback on the medical services provided and their satisfaction levels.
