Healthcare Chief and Aswan Governor Inspect Al-Sail and Al-Khazzan Gharab Health Units

At the conclusion of their visit to Aswan, the Head of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and the Governor of Aswan inspected the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit to evaluate the efficiency of the family medicine system and the primary healthcare services in the governorate.

They gathered feedback from patients about the quality of the medical services provided at the primary healthcare facilities of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and the level of satisfaction with these services.

Both officials praised the efficiency and quality of healthcare services at the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit.

The Head of the Egypt Healthcare Authority directed the issuance of an incentive bonus to the medical and administrative staff at the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit, acknowledging the citizens' commendation for the quality of healthcare services provided during the inspection tour.

The Governor of Aswan reported that the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit had provided 35,000 medical services to the people of Aswan with high quality, including over 15,000 comprehensive medical examinations.

The Governor of Aswan commended the Egypt Healthcare Authority's efforts to improve primary healthcare services in the governorate, aligning them with the latest global health systems.


At the end of his visit to Aswan, Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Head of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance and Decent Life projects at the Ministry of Health and Population, together with Major General Ashraf Atiya, Governor of Aswan, conducted an inspection tour of the primary healthcare facilities of the Egypt Healthcare Authority in Aswan.

The tour included visits to the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit, inspecting family medicine clinics, various specialty clinics, pharmacies, and electronic patient registration files. They also sought citizens' opinions on the medical services provided at these primary healthcare facilities to ensure the best service and healthcare for citizens.

During the inspection tour, the Head of the Egypt Healthcare Authority and the Governor of Aswan applauded the quality and efficiency of services and the healthcare level provided to citizens at these facilities.

Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Head of the Egypt Healthcare Authority, ordered the provision of an incentive bonus for the medical, administrative staff, and workers at the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit, in response to citizen praises for the quality of healthcare services offered during the inspection. He underscored the commitment to continuing the provision of the best healthcare services to citizens, in accordance with the Authority's vision and strategic goals towards operational excellence and achieving the highest levels of citizen satisfaction with the service.

Major General Ashraf Atiya, Governor of Aswan, highlighted that more than 35,000 medical services were provided at the Al-Sayl Family Medicine Center and the Al-Khaza Gharab Family Health Unit to the people of Aswan with high quality, including over 15,000 comprehensive medical examinations. He also praised the Egypt Healthcare Authority's efforts in advancing primary healthcare services in the governorate, ensuring they are in line with the latest international health systems.
