Ahmed Al-Sobki, that the services of the Health Care Authority are integrated services, and include health services in terms of providing curative and unified medical services to patients benefiting from the new comprehensive health insurance, and the medical part is completed by those hotel services that are engaged in the General Administration of Hotel Services in the Authority and all efforts are currently being made to implement them within the hospitals affiliated with the Authority Health care in Port Said, pointing out that it is scheduled to implement hotel services in the hospitals of the Health Care Authority in the future, in conjunction with the implementation of the comprehensive health insurance system in each governorate, in line with the objectives of Egypt’s Vision 2030 for the right of citizens to obtain integrated health care with quality and dignity, and within the framework of the authority’s plan to develop Egypt is on the medical tourism map by taking advantage of the capabilities of the hospitals of the Health Care Authority in providing distinguished medical care to the arrivals to the Egyptian state along with the services of the new comprehensive health insurance system, and making it a destination for medical tourism in Egypt.

He added that the Health Care Authority represented by the General Administration of Hotel Services is seriously preparing to implement the concepts of hotel services in the Authority’s hospitals, which needed to spread awareness among hospital workers on the art of etiquette and good dealing with patients, as all departments of the Health Care Authority hospitals in Port Said were trained from Medical and administrative staff, security and hygiene personnel are on the art of etiquette dealing with patients and their families, as well as training on internal supervision, cleaning rules and basic standards that must be adhered to for hygiene and sterilization, whether for rooms or furnishings.
