Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority Chairs the Regular Meeting of the High Committee for Internal Revenue Development
Dr. Ahmed El-Sobky, Chairman of the Egypt Healthcare Authority (EHA) and General Supervisor of the Universal Health Insurance Project, presided over the 2025 regular meeting of the High Committee for Internal Revenue Development, reviewing the implementation status of ongoing revenue-generating projects and setting directions for future initiatives to strengthen financial sustainability and enhance service quality.
Dr. El-Sobky praised the tangible achievements of the Committee, noting that the Authority’s strategic reinvestment in assets and launch of innovative projects resulted in revenues exceeding EGP 50 million during the first half of the current fiscal year. These results underscore the success of EHA’s model in building a sustainable healthcare system while delivering high-quality medical services to citizens.
