The Healthcare Authority Welcomes the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Health and Population, and Minister of Labor to Visit Its Booth at the "PHDC'24" World Conference on Population, Health, and Human Development
The Egypt Healthcare Authority welcomed Professor Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, along with Mr. Mohamed Gibran, Minister of Labor, at its booth at the "PHDC'24" World Conference on Population, Health, and Human Development. The visit witnessed significant interest in following up on the Authority's achievements in the universal Health Insurance System and the tangible developments in the healthcare sector in Egypt.
The Authority showcased its achievements in the Comprehensive Health Insurance System, including the qualitative leaps made during the era of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic. The showcased achievements included infrastructure and information development, the digitalization and transformation of services, the introduction of new medical and treatment services, the adoption of the latest treatment technologies, medical tourism, and more. The focus was also placed on the Authority's participation in the President's initiatives, the latest being the "Bidaya" (New Beginning) initiative.
The participation of the Healthcare Authority in the conference is part of its ongoing commitment to developing Egypt's healthcare system and enhancing healthcare services. This participation reflects the continued efforts to meet the needs of citizens and provide high-quality healthcare services, in line with the state’s vision to achieve a comprehensive and sustainable healthcare system under Egypt's Vision 2030.
