In line with Egypt Healthcare Authority's efforts to enhance its medical tourism project under the "Ner'arak Fi Misr" brand, the Authority welcomed several international personalities to its healthcare facilities in the Southern Upper Egypt governorates to promote its exceptional healthcare services.
The Authority's statement noted: The Karnak International Hospital in Luxor hosted Sheikh Faisal Al-Dajani, the Saudi Consul General, for a visit that included a tour of various departments such as laboratories, radiology, intensive care, and nurseries, along with the high-quality hotel suites offered to both beneficiaries of the Universal Health Insurance and foreign visitors.
The Saudi Consul General expressed his admiration for the advancements in healthcare in Egypt, praising the advanced medical services and electronic systems that ensure precise tracking of patient satisfaction. He also commended Egypt Healthcare Authority’s focus on training nursing staff through specialized nursing schools, calling the significant improvements in healthcare services at the Authority’s facilities "a success story that must be shared with the world."
Similarly, in Aswan, the Authority’s facilities welcomed Ms. "Brenhild Huntz Luca," the Regional Director for the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East at the Euro Center. She toured several healthcare facilities in Aswan under the Egypt Healthcare Authority, including Aswan Specialized Hospital, the Eye Hospital, and the Masila Specialized Hospital. During her visit, she reviewed the internal departments, laboratories, and radiology sections, and expressed her admiration for the high quality of the medical services provided.
The Regional Director of the Euro Center for the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East praised the pioneering Egyptian experience in universal health coverage, noting that the significant improvements seen at Egypt Healthcare Authority’s facilities open promising avenues for future cooperation and partnerships.
