This visit marks his first on-ground engagement following the expansive 2025 appointments movement within the Authority.
The visit commenced with a meeting between Dr. El-Sobky and Major General Mohab Habashi, Governor of Port Said, to ensure the continued efficiency of the Universal Health Insurance system and review updates on ongoing healthcare collaboration projects in the governorate, including the redevelopment of the Italian Consulate into a medical facility.

He highlighted the introduction of pediatric physiotherapy services at Bilal Ibn Rabah Center—a first for primary healthcare facilities under the Authority.
He directed teams to ensure a six-month minimum stockpile of medications for chronic disease management and stressed the importance of regular maintenance for medical and non-medical equipment to uphold service quality.
At El-Nasr Specialized Hospital, Dr. El-Sobky reviewed emergency, inpatient, oncology, and pediatric dialysis services and assessed the performance of the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
